What does Real Value Infospace LLP do?
Real Value is a Mumbai-based Information Technology company delivering AI, data, and software solutions. Our six core areas are artificial intelligence & machine learning, computer vision & document intelligence, data analytics & business intelligence, GIS & geospatial solutions, fintech software, and cybersecurity.
What is PropTrace?
PropTrace is our property transaction search platform. It lets you explore property transaction records across Maharashtra by project or building name, area, city, or pincode — for property research, due diligence, and investment analysis. It is available as a web app and as mobile apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Is PropTrace available outside Maharashtra?
Currently PropTrace covers property transaction records for Maharashtra State only. Coverage of additional states is on our roadmap.
What is PropTrace CRM?
PropTrace CRM is a workflow management tool for property valuers and valuation firms, built on the same platform as PropTrace. It manages valuation case intake, assignments, site visits, report preparation, and billing in one organized workspace.
What is PropFinder and who is it for?
PropFinder is an intelligent property discovery platform for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. It traces real estate assets linked to borrowers, guarantors, or related entities to support debt recovery, credit risk evaluation, fraud detection, and legal enforcement.
Is Real Value certified for quality and information security?
Yes. Real Value Infospace LLP is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Management). We are also a DPIIT-recognized Start-up and a Udyam-registered enterprise.

Where are your offices located?
Our registered office is in Boomerang Business Park, Chandivali Farm Road, Mumbai (400072), and we have an office at R.K. World Tower, Sheetal Park, Rajkot (360006).
