The Site is provided for informational purposes to describe Real Value's services, certifications, and products, and to allow prospective clients to get in touch with us. 4. Products & Separate Platform Terms
PropTrace and PropFinder are products offered by Real Value Infospace LLP through separate platforms (including web applications and mobile apps distributed via Google Play and the Apple App Store). Access to and use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of use, subscription agreements, and privacy policies, not by this Site's Terms of Service. Where you download our mobile apps, the terms of the relevant app store also apply.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as demo booking forms, YouTube videos, app stores, or social media). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
